Communications Workers Of America (CWA) Local 4108 Saginaw, Michigan: Officers Steve Felsing started with Michigan Bell in February of 1974. He has worked as an outside plant technician for 13 years and also as a cable repair splicer for the last 17 years.

Steve was a Chief Steward for 3 years and he has been the Vice President of plant for the last 4 years.
Steve is also the JobLink specialist for CWA Local 4108 and he helps our members with questions or problems that involve the job transfer system.
