Are you in an environment where there are no defined rules for progressive discipline, or where you have no grievance procedure? The CWA can help! We are the union for the information age! The CWA represents a wide variety of workers and industries from telephone workers to hospital and newspaper employees to airline workers. If you are currently working in a non-union shop and you would like to explore the aspects of organizing, we can provide answers. Having a union is not the ultimate answer to all problems in the workplace, but it can provide you with a grievance process and representation on your behalf which is backed by the law.
